Patient's Rights to "Informed Consent" Cancelled

MSP is very distressed about the amount of contradictory and inaccurate information that was propagated by liberal media, government officials, and big tech social media regarding the known side effects and inflammatory dangers of COVID-19 in heart, lung, and brain cells. Such lies destroyed public health trust. Unexplained excess deaths have risen in most countries around the globe after the pandemic was declared controlled. By suppressing the truth, Facebook, YouTube, Microsoft, Google and other social media platforms were jointly liable — as were physicians who succumbed to government pressure to remain silent.

The Democrat-controlled Congress did nothing to protect the voters they represent; instead, most supported their big-pharma campaign contributors. Senator Rand Paul remains the lone statesman who relentlessly confronted the bureaucracy and challenged Dr. Fauci's sworn testimony before Congress. Paul submitted multiple criminal referrals to the DOJ and, as recently as May 2026, continued pressing the Department to act before the statute of limitations expired. Paul has publicly stated, "David Morens, Dr. Fauci's top advisor, was indicted, but Fauci himself still walks free," according to Fox News.

Indeed, the DOJ indicted David Morens — a former top adviser to Anthony Fauci — on federal charges alleging he skirted public records laws and concealed his communications to thwart inquiries into the origins of the coronavirus pandemic. Morens faces significant prison time if convicted — 5 years for conspiracy, 20 years each for multiple counts of destroying or falsifying records in a federal investigation, and additional years for records concealment, according to the Washington Post's Science section.

As for Fauci himself: in one of his final acts, a senile President Biden, or someone who had access to His AutoPen, signed his name to a preemptive pardon to Dr. Anthony Fauci just hours before leaving office on January 20, 2025. The pardon shielded Fauci from any federal criminal prosecution — an extraordinary act that many Americans view as a tacit admission that accountability was warranted. The cover-up has now been confirmed at the highest levels of intelligence. On May 13, 2026, CIA veteran James Erdmann III testified under oath before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee that CIA scientific analysts had, as early as 2020, strongly favored a lab-incident scenario in Wuhan — with one internal account citing a 5-to-1 vote. Yet senior CIA and DNI managers repeatedly softened, rewrote, or sidelined those assessments. Most notably, Erdmann testified that Dr. Anthony Fauci played an "intentional" role in influencing the intelligence community's analysis. Fauci allegedly stacked the intelligence community's analysis with conflicted scientists funded by NIAID, who then pushed the natural-origin narrative. The Focal Points - The Patriot Post.

House Committee Republicans had previously unearthed emails revealing that top virologists warned Dr. Fauci that the virus appeared to be genetically engineered and pointed to a lab leak in Wuhan — yet Fauci and former NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins may have colluded with scientists to downplay the lab leak theory in favor of a natural-origin narrative, according to the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability.

Dr. Fauci's and Dr. Collins' funding of Dr. Peter Daszak at EcoHealth Alliance — which in turn funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology — occurred in defiance of directives restricting such research. The DOJ alleges that Morens, acting in coordination, even promised to restore a canceled EcoHealth grant to counter the theory that COVID-19 originated in a Chinese laboratory. As a result, millions of innocent people died globally because of the escape of what is now widely believed to have been a weaponized pathogen, according to Scientific American.

Who has been held accountable? Fauci walks free under a presidential pardon. His top aide faces federal indictment. The CIA suppressed its own analysts. And the outgoing Biden administration directed the CIA to issue a final inconclusive assessment — not because of new intelligence, but so officials could walk out the door claiming there was nothing left to find. As Senator Paul said, "That is not analysis. That is a cleanup operation," according to Fox News.

The OECD ranks the USA 11th in medical quality, despite spending 17% of GDP — the highest in the world — on healthcare. Americans' life expectancy averages five years shorter than that of Switzerland. The pandemic response made this worse, not better.  We will continue to cite suppressed vaccination side-effects information. No one should be subjected to medical coercion to hold a job, attend school, board an airplane, or eat in a public facility. Coercion by government must be vigorously opposed at the Supreme Court, by state governors, and by the general public — or freedom is dead, replaced by tyranny. Ethics in government is nonexistent, and violations of human rights and federal laws are blatantly ignored when committed by government officials or elected representatives. Throughout the pandemic, Americans were consistently lied to about effective treatments because of NIH guidance.
