Each year MSP conducts national surveys of the U.S. and Canadian healthcare providers, including hospitals, freestanding surgical centers and imaging centers.
Data is collected on the installed base of patient monitors, gas machines, anesthetic agent analyzer devices, ventilators, defibrillators and electronic health record systems installed in these facilities.
Data from these surveys is the source of information for MSP Vendor Service Quality Benchmarks as well as for emergency preparedness planning purposes (see below). |
