MSP sells market intelligence reports and information derived from the Reality Knowledgebase™ to all clients. Our research is original and is funded by sales of our reports and licensing of our knowledgebases. Research is generally not funded by grants, so all data is protected by copyright and proprietary to MSP.

Reports do include some publicly-available data, particularly from government sources, such as information available from the DHHS, FDA, CDC, SEC, VA/DOD and others. However, there is no way to verify the accuracy of public information contained in other reports, much of which is OLDER than the MSP information. In some cases, government data is extrapolated forward, when it can be based on clear trends. Events that occur after the date of publication may change the assumptions upon which its conclusions were based. These are events over which we have no control.

MSP report should not be construed as either financial or legal advice, but rather as informed opinions based on verifiable research. MSP is not involved in trading securities or providing advice about trading securities, but is a pure, business intelligence firm publishing information on market sizes, trends, and market shares. This includes in some cases a five year market forecast for some healthcare products used in North American markets. MSP does occasionally provide research on market outside of North American.

MSP believes that its market research is of the highest quality, since it is accumulated from full population surveys of individual account users, unlike competitive information available from other sources. As such MSP data should be taken as accurate and not "averaged or blended" with information in competitive reports, which is of a much lower level of accuracy and contains many unverifiable or inaccurate assumptions about the market due to the top-down approach that such competitor's reports adopt. MSP data is free of the distortions introduced by top-down approaches.

MSP reports represent intellectual property and original research an d are covered under US copyrights laws. They may not be redistributed in any form or by any means beyond the organization which initially purchased it, without the express permission in writing of MSP. Unauthorized public disclosure may create irreparable present and future financial loss to MSP. Organizations wishing to cite specific information from this report must contact MSP in advance for permission. If the information is very limited and is properly cited, such requests will be granted for a fee based upon the scope of the readership who will receive the information. MSP will not hesitate to pursue legal recourse for copyright infringement.

Delivery of research information and business intelligence is electronicly in encrypted PDF format in all 50 states. Clients may request MSP to provide a printed copy for an additional charge. Report content may be customized by MSP to specific clients specifications for an additional fee. It is the responsibility for the clients to determine whether our intellectual property is taxable in their state, and to pay all taxes due on MSP information, no matter when determined.
